Hay señoras que prefieren las prendas más femeninas, por sentirse más cómodas en ellas o incluso por coquetería, y otras directamente las odian. Es hora de dejar libertad de elección para una cosa tan simple como es dejar que cada uno vista como se sienta mejor, con ello se lograría una mayor alegría en el trabajo por la felicidad de quiénes se ven o sienten mejor, y esto lleva aparejado una mayor productividad.
Hoy día existen tal variedad de prendas con distintas características y con gran posibilidad de elección en cuanto al colorido que ajustarse a las preferencias de los directivos de las empresas no supone un problema, ahora bien, no escuchar a los usuarios de los uniformes se puede convertir en un error siempre subsanable.
