Este próximo verano los taxistas de Marbella lucirán uniforme. El sector del taxi solicita que los conductores lleven uniforme para luchar contra el intrusismo y estar a la altura de la imagen de un municipio tan importante en el sector turístico.
Es más que evidente que el uniforme es necesario en ciertos oficios donde se precisa reconocer al colega, por ejemplo los militares o los policías para no causarle daño al compañero, y del mismo modo el color o distintivos de la ropa laboral marcan la categoría y función del individuo dentro del grupo, por ejemplo la uniformidad dentro de los centros hospitalarios.
Este es un caso distinto donde se busca la diferenciación para subsistir en un gremio castigado por la nueva competencia legal de los VTCs y las APPs, además de la ilegal de los intrusos que van y vienen buscándose la vida pero fastidiando a los profesionales que pagan licencias e impuestos. Es necesario para el sector poder identificar a éstos últimos para sacarlos del mercado, no es suficiente marcar los vehículos, se convierte en imprescindible “marcar” a los profesionales y a la par mejorar la imagen por la competencia impuesta por los VTCs.
Ya puestos podrían pensar no sólo en el modelo y colorido del uniforme, también deberían considerar incluir algunos elementosde alta visibilidad en la ropa laboral para aumentar su seguridad a la entrada y salida de sus taxis, pero claro esto es sólo un consejo.
